VillaVerde, a Sevea group subsidiary, is the first network of independent garden centers in France. The brand counts 72 points of sales all around France and distributes a large choice of products in 3 different universes with very different constraints: gardening, decoration and petcare.
Products were exclusively distributed in physical outlets until 2014 when VillaVerde chose to embrace e-commerce and open their own online sales platform. VillaVerde had to embark on a complete digital transformation as they wished to extend its positioning from a local retailer to an online retailer and create 70 shops, each with its own catalog.
