Deb from StrikeTru made the process of migrating from V2 to V3 seamless and thorough. We have a large store with over 10k skus, so we were expecting a difficult migration but it turned out to be even better than we had hoped. We had very little to do once the migration was done. When BigCommerce had not made any easy ways to move thousands of products with many variants across to the V3 platform, StrikeTru made a real difference. After querying reps and other companies we eventually went with StrikeTru who worked according to our schedule, closed store for maintenance for less than 2 hours (3500+ products) and made sure that everything was working in advance of letting us complete the service. Well worth the money to not have to recreate hundreds of variations and product SKUS

We’ve been on V2 for years, but we’re doing a site redesign and discovered late in the project that our entire year long endeavor would not launch unless we migrated to V3. We wanted to upgrade our store from V2 to V3 to ensure we are future-proof and also to be able to use Multi-Storefront in the future. We had about 600 SKUs and a lot of option sets. With StrikeTru and this V2 to V3 Product Migration App, the whole process got a lot less daunting. We were able to minimize downtime for the upgrade. The migration itself took a few hours, initial verification on our sandbox took us a bit but no changes were needed. Communication was good and the timing was flexible. We chose to begin migrating at midnight local time. Only downside is after the fact I realized I am not as young as I used to be, so pulling an all nighter was pretty brutal. lol. However, website down time affected a minimal amount of customers and we were back up with not problems. I recommend.
